TIME IS A TREASURE: July 2009

My bad

So, I know I have been bad with blogging this month! We have had so much going on with softball almost every night! Jason working afternoons has been hard as well. But here is a glimpse of everything that has happened this month!

Kickball

The Murray family played kick ball at the square for the 24th. It was a good game. There are several hilarious video's for you to watch. (Mainly for Crystal and Kya.) Hope you enjoy!

Grandma Rena's Yard

Karen and her boys have been helping Rena fix up the back yard. They have done a great job. They have taken down the old shed and put a new one, filled in half of the garden, put in sprinklers and new sod. I didn't get a picture of the "super" but Tim did a great job organizing the project. Jaxon, of course, was the most help.

USU camp

Ashlee and a few of her friends attended the USU softball clinic. They stayed at Bullen Hall and had a really good time. They did work them hard all day long. The girls complained about the long walk from the dorm to the field but I think they had fun anyway. They ate at the student center and hung out on campus.

City Ball

The girls played city ball again this year. Ash in the 12 and under and they took first place again. They had a good time. Abbie played in the 8 and under. There was no tournament for that league. Both played really good this year. Special thanks to their coaches!!

Montpelier Tournament and Camping with Grama and Gramp

We went to Montpelier again for the the second tournament this year. The girls are improving. Jason learned that he must always "keep his eye on the ball" as the ER doc said. He turned just as Ash pitched and took it off the eye. His glasses cut him on the eye brow and around his nose. Nice! Abbie and Jaxon stayed with gram and gramp in the camper. They were excited!

4th of July and Birthday's

We went to the stake center by SDL for our annual viewing of the fireworks. The kids had fun playing and watching the fireworks. Sunday the 5th was Jason, Janice and Bob's birthday so we had a party and the kids did their own fireworks after. Watch the video, Jen still gets excited about sparklers!
