JUNEAU - Mendenhall Glacier Tour

The first part of our tour started at the Mendenhall Glacier. The glaciers really are beautiful. The water falls, birds, and flowers really add to the beauty of the place. We only had a little while here so we didn't get to walk down to the waterfalls which would have been cool to see. We didn't want to be late for the bus, in fact we ended up leaving a lady as see was not back to bus in time. She missed the whales but did get back to the ship.
